Notes

How I work

My best work happens when a problem is vague and someone needs it to feel obvious. That usually means building the thing that makes other people faster: a workflow, a dashboard, a small decision layer on top of messy information.

I like to start with the person doing the work. For Cue, that meant 25+ interviews with music producers. For the budget parser, it meant replacing tables that used to be pulled out of PDFs by hand.

Build the boring tool well and the people using it get their afternoons back.
  1. Product framing. Turning a vague idea into a scope, a roadmap, and something people can try.
  2. Venture context. Screening markets and turning research into a clear yes or no.
  3. Systems work. Automating the repeatable parts so teams can spend time on the hard ones.
